2 Who Started Child Labour
Child Labour started in the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution started in the 1780’s in Great Britain. Children were useful as laborers because their size allowed them to move in small spaces. Children could be paid less than adults.

3 What is Canada Willing to do to Help Stop Child Labour
TORONTO – A growing number of Canadians are willing to pay more money for products that are free of child labour, according to an Ipsos Reid poll released June 10, 2013. Commissioned by World Vision, the poll found that on average Canadians would pay 23 per cent more to guarantee a purchase is child-labour free.

The rise of child labor in the United States began in the late 1700s and early 1800s. When the Industrial Revolution started, many families had to find someone to work or they wouldn't survive

6 How can we Stop Child Labour
Unions and grassroots groups are increasingly recognizing direct connections between worker rights and the fight against child labor. They recognize child labor as a violation of children's and workers' rights. Historically and in today’s global economy: Strong unions are an important protection against child labour Active struggles against child labor tend to strengthen unions and workers’ rights in general.

7 How is the Catholic Church responding to Child Labour
In order for the Church to use Catholic Social teachings to help stop child labor in the Philippines is to send organizations to help. By creating organizations, they Church would not have to directly interfere with the lives of the Filipinos. 8 My Perspective on Child Labour
I think that child labour should be stopped. It is unfair to kids they should enjoy childhood not be trapped working. All the nations need to stand together against child labour. This is my perspective on child labour.
