3. Hypothesis: All kinds of music, regardless of genre, will influence people to be more open, and certain types of music will facilitate more “openness”.
Open: the willingness to be asked questions, and the extent that they would respond by revealing personal matters

People were more open in outside of school settings by relying on their “anonymity”. They were more frank because they planned on never meeting the experimenters again, and did not have to worry about their image
few were willing to give contact information, a sign of a prolonged, continuous, relationship
