Confirm with your bank how this can be established - normally both you and a parent call at branch with Identification (debit card, passport and proof of address) and establish authority within a matter of days.
You may want to choose to give your bank a ‘Third Party Authority’ to allow a parent to have access to your bank account whilst you are away.
This will enable them to discuss the position on your account, check your balance and make transactions to your account such as paying money into the account whilst you are away.
Could overcome problems on the account without you having to resolve any issues from overseas, and could give simple way to organise emergency cash being available to you via a local ATM or by card payment.
Confirm with your bank how this can be established - normally both you and a parent call at branch with Identification (debit card, passport and proof of address) and establish authority within a matter of days. An appointment may be required.

6. Your account details left with your family
In case you need money paid into your account whilst you are away simply leave securely with your family your Sort Code and Bank Account number.
Your latest bank statement will normally give all these details.

7. Emergency contacts for your bank.
Keep contact details for you bank separate from your bank cards in case you lose one of them.
