At your table, you will find instructions for a problem you are to solve. As a group you have five minutes to solve the problem following the instructions given to you.

Begin with the end in mind
What exactly is the issue now?
Where do you want to get to?
A problem well defined is a problem half solved
Be careful not to jump to quick conclusions about what the problem is about

Think of lots of options
Think of ideas you have not used before
If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got
Explore information and create ideas
