1. Permission process for the establishment of arboreal energy plantations

2. Establishment of arboreal energy plantations:
The establishment can only be implemented with a valid permission.(in case the planted field size exceeds 1500m2)
Permission applications have to be submitted to the competent regional Central Agricultural Office.
Separate applications shall be submitted in case of each lot number.
In case of fields under nature conservation or that are involved into the Natura 2000 Programme, the nature conservation authority acts as specialist authority.

3. Following documents have to be attached to the application:
Planting plan, that contains:
The definition of the used species and variety.
A declaration about the origin of the planted propagation material.
A short description of the applied technology.
A certificate about the proliferation technology.
A document about the ownership of the field.

4. Following shall be attachted to the application:
A map of a scale of 1:4000, in case the planting is not implemented on the whole property.
An agreement of the owner of the field, in case the plantation is implemented on a patented field.
An agreement of the other owners, in case the field is undivided between several owners.

5. Obligations of the planter:
The planter or is obliged to keep an up-to-date register of the implemented planting, use and winding up.
The planter is obliged to report the implementation of the planting work within 15 days after finishing the investment.

6. Control:
The Central Agricultural Office visits and controls the establishment within 30 days after the report.
The Central Agricultural Office gives the planter an official document that confirms that the plantation has been established according to the planting permission.

7. Costs of the permission process:
The permission process costs HUF.
