2 Organ:Lymph node, Lesion. The lymph nodes appears black in color. Diagnosis: Gross, Anthracosis  

3 Organ: Lung, Lesion: The silicotic nodules consists of concentrically arranged hyalinized collagen fibers surrounding amorphous center. Diagnosis: lung silicosis

4 Organ:Liver Lesion showing pigment in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, H&E stain. Diagnosis: lipochrome pigment.

5 Organ: Esophagus. lesion showing black spots. Diagnosis: melanosis

6 Organ:Brain. Lesion:showing dark black pigments inside melanophore. H&E Diagnosis: melanin pigments

7 Organ:Spleen Lesion: there are dark brown to black  multifocal pigment . H&E Diagnosis: melanin pigments.  

8 Organ:Spleen Micro,. The hemosiderin pigments appear as golden yellow pigment in side macrophage (Sidrocytes). H&E Diagnosis: hemosiderosis  

9 Organ:Spleen, Micro,. The hemosiderin is seen inside sidrocytes or free and stained yellow with H&E
Diagnosis: hemosiderosis

10 Organ:Liver, Micro, hemosedirosis, Prussian blue
Organ:Liver, Micro, hemosedirosis, Prussian blue. The hemosiderin stained blue. Diagnosis: hemosiderosis
