Practice – Practice – Practice Breathing routines Stretching routines Sleeping routines Rhythmic verbalization routines Visualization routines What does it look like? Heart and breathing rate probably the most important Actively engaged in surroundings (coping skills)

The best pathway to complete control is getting into routines that trigger your mind to be in complete control. Develop tasks that force your mental state to relax so you can react In order to perfect you must practice allot
