10. Setting the scene
One man exemplifies the life of a Spirit-filled man in the Old Testament more than any other. That man was Elijah. He came to prominence during the troubled reign of Ahab and Jezebel (1 Kings 16: 29-34), against whom he represented an implacable opposition. We’re looking at three meetings in his life and asking what that teaches us about ministry in the Spirit.
