2 Savior – Healer – Baptizer - King
JESUS Is ALL Savior – Healer – Baptizer - King

3 Jesus has the power to heal our diseases
Healer Jesus has the power to heal our diseases

4 25And he cried to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a log, and he threw it into the water, and the water became sweet. There the Lord made for them a statute and a rule, and there he tested them, 26saying, “If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.” Exodus 15:25b-26

5 1As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth
1As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth. 2And his disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” 3Jesus answered, “It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him. 4We must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work. 5As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” 6Having said these things, he spat on the ground and made mud with the saliva. Then he anointed the man’s eyes with the mud 7and said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means Sent). So he went and washed and came back seeing. John 9:1-7

6 Sin has an effect on our world, and sometimes sin and sickness are very closely related.
But it is usually more complicated than that. Jesus reminds us that there are different reasons for why some are born with a challenge or illness. God’s ways are higher than ours and His perspective completely different. God’s glory is paramount. Sometimes our suffering brings Him glory as much as our wholeness. Sin and Sickness (John 9:1-7)

7 2Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, in Aramaic called Bethesda, which has five roofed colonnades. 3In these lay a multitude of invalids—blind, lame, and paralyzed. 5One man was there who had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. 6When Jesus saw him lying there and knew that he had already been there a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to be healed?” 7The sick man answered him, “Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, and while I am going another steps down before me.” 8Jesus said to him, “Get up, take up your bed, and walk.” 9And at once the man was healed, and he took up his bed and walked. Now that day was the Sabbath. John 5:2-9

8 We must go first to Jesus for our healing instead of other possible places.
Jesus is our source for healing. All healing flows from His hand and we should go where the source is. Sometimes in our illness, we begin to believe that healing is not possible or that we will never be whole again, but Jesus is calling us to come to Him again. Our Source of Healing (John 5:2-9)

9 25And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, 26and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse. 27She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment. 28For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I will be made well.” 29And immediately the flow of blood dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease. 30And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?” 31And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, ‘Who touched me?’ ” 32And he looked around to see who had done it. 33But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth. 34And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.” Mark 5:25-34

10 Sometimes doctors cannot help us any more than they already have
Sometimes doctors cannot help us any more than they already have. We get many reports, but we must believe the report of the Lord. When all other means of healing seem to be out of reach, Jesus is still there with the power to do what can’t be done by others. Thank God for doctors and the wisdom and skill God has blessed us with through their profession. Seek Jesus for Healing (Mark 5:25-34)

11 1When he came down from the mountain, great crowds followed him
1When he came down from the mountain, great crowds followed him. 2And behold, a leper came to him and knelt before him, saying, “Lord, if you will, you can make me clean.” 3And Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I will; be clean.” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. 4And Jesus said to him, “See that you say nothing to anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a proof to them.” Matthew 8:1-4

12 Jesus is more than willing to touch you in your illness
Jesus is more than willing to touch you in your illness. There is no illness or disease outside of the healing power of Jesus! The power of touch to the untouchables can heal the soul as much as the body. We must minister to others when we pray for them and ask God to touch them. We must not let the untouchables live a life without the touch of Jesus. Jesus’ Healing Touch (Matthew 8:1-4)
