Officially declared as a designated factory of the former Japanese Navy.

Designated as a supervisory factory of the former Japanese Navy.

Incorporated under the name ‘The Tsurumi-Seiki Kosakusho Co., Ltd.’
1971
Company name was changed to ‘The Tsurumi-Seiki Co., Ltd.’
1981
Established ‘TSK AMERICA INC.’ in Seattle, Washington as a corporation in the U.S.A.
1987
Built the Shirakawa plant in Fukushima Prefecture
1999
Granted ISO9001 approval

Expanded the Shirakawa plant

Dawn of the expendable sensor technology at TSK has begun in 1970.
In 1987 built a factory in Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture for the manufacture of the expendable products.
Its establishment is successful in enriching capability of the expendable sensor production and in enhancing quality assurance system.
Shirakawa Plant
Our XBT products such as probes, launchers and data acquisition euqipments are basically designed and quality controlled on techniques which is licensed from Sippican.
