MAES – Manchester adult education service courses with crèche am-11.30am Getting to know my community Term Time only starting 5th June-17th JulyA six week course programme about aspects of life in Manchester eg recycling contacting your councillors and budgeting. 1.00pm-2.45pm Healthy Child Drop in A drop in clinic run by the Health Visitors. You can have your baby weighed and receive friendly help and advice. Monday 10.00am-12pm Childminders Drop in An opportunity to share good practice, ideas and resources. To network and for the children to make new friends. 9.00am-1pm CAPS Pre-School Clinic Family based service with a child psychologist offering advice and support with everyday struggles of parenting pre-school children; including any concerns regarding your child’s behaviour or relationships they share with you and others. Appointment by referral only. 1.00pm-2.30pm Baby Massage Delivered by Chorlton Health Visiting team. Invitation only Tuesday 8.30am-4.00pm Self Help Service Deliver a range of services and initiatives for people experiencing common mental health difficulties. Referral only, you can self refer. 10.00am-12.00pm Parents Survival Focusing on strengthening parenting to develop appropriate and consistent management strategies to improve children's behaviour. 1pm-4pm Shelter Advice Session Advice on any housing and benefits. Every other Wednesday – Drop in 1.00pm-3.00pm Stay and Play and Learn Providing children with opportunities to develop and learn by quality experiences. 0-5yrs Wednesday 9.30am-12pm Health Development Reviews Discuss your child’s milestones such as weaning, speech & language, toilet training etc 9.30am-11.30am Wellcomm Screening By appointment only am Talk English Term time only Course for adults with little or no English am Tiny Tots Time Stories, Rhymes and Songs every week during term time at Hulme Library inside Moss Side Leisure Centre 1pm-3pm Antenatal Clinic 1.30pm-3.00pm Baby Play Providing babies with opportunities to develop and learn by good quality experiences. (0 to 14 months) Thursday Parents Voice Forum: 1.00pm-3.00pm Play and Learn By invitation only – this group will support parents and their two year old to understand developmental milestones and prepare them both for early learning.
