2. Project overview
Queues are primarily formed when customers request for a service.
Main objective of eQueue software solution is to minimize and manage long queues

3. Client loyalty and support
Spoke to 9 people to gather the following requirements, 4 students from Uwc, 2 community members who normally visit banks, 2 Cput students and 1 bank tell who works at Nedbank.

4. Requirements Analysis
User login
Provide feedback to prevent frustrations
users can multitask, have dinner while waiting
Bank will have efficient space utilization
Improve customer loyalty and support(if customers are happy, they support and become loyal)

Testing will be done continuously by a team of 5 people, with a rough sketch and prototypes
