3 What is a One Rotary Summit?
Today’s “One Rotary Summit” joins together Rotarians to exchange ideas and take away cutting-edge ideas on how to energize and bolster your club for growth, service and public interaction. The purpose of the Summit is to understand how Membership, Public Image and the Rotary Foundation all work together and support Rotary’s overall strategic plan. Today is all about fresh new thinking so you can walk away with ideas and hands on tools to help strengthen your club’s membership, public image and involvement in Rotary Foundation fundraising and programs. Instead of you listening to us, we’re going to listen to each other. We want to help you strengthen your club and become a Rotary Champion!

11 Part III: Wrap Up & Idea Shop

12 Ah-Ha Moment… Looking back on all of the dialogue you had today, what was your biggest “Ah-ha” moment?

13 Final Wrap Up You all joined together, exchanged ideas and have something new to bring back to your clubs. You all learned more about your clubs and what makes them so special. You also had the chance to help build upon great ideas and address club’s unique opportunities. We want you to be able to see what other groups came up with as well and know who to contact if you’d like more information.

14 Takeaways Bring your worksheets to your club as ideas that you could use All of today’s materials, this presentation and notes from today’s Ah-ha moments will be posted on the district web site for all participants

15 Idea Shop All groups will post their flip charts for everyone to see.
One representative from each table should stand by their flip charts to add any needed clarity. For the remainder of our time together you’ll be able to roam and review all of the flip charts. We encourage you to write down ideas you see and reach out to those clubs for more info.

16 Thank You! Thank you!
