2. Pan-London co-ordinated admissions system (PLCAS)
How the system works:
Using the LA form (paper or online) parents make a choice of schools – in ranked order of preference. The form is returned to your home Local Authority
You can apply online or through a paper application using a Common Application Form (CAF) The CAF form will be sent to your Local Authority

3. Pan London Co-ordinated Admissions System – (PLCAS) Common Application Form
All applications are made to the local authority (LA) in which you live. The Applications can be made online from 1st September 2016.
If you live in Westminster you make all your choices on the Westminster Common Application Form/online application
If you live in Brent/K&C etc you make all your choices on your home LA Common Application Form (you can download from you home LA website or visit their online application page)
Some schools require you to complete a supplementary information form (see Our Lady of Dolours SIF)

Order your preferences carefully!
Supplementary Information Forms (SIF) must be returned to the school with supporting documentation e.g. baptism certificates/priest reference form

National Offer Day for Reception places: Monday 18th April 2017 (outcome results for online applications – letters for paper applications will be posted)
