We are in contact with our new EU-officer Maria Vasile. She asked for feed back till tomorrow
including approval of reviewer in view of preparation of expert contract by the EC

There has to be enough support for the organisation on site – at least two people plus technical support during the whole conference
Enough rooms free of charge / difficult to pay from the EU-Budget
Team has to be built and start with preparation meetings
