Knollridge East: 50 units (in triplex and fourplex bldgs) Building permits currently submitted and under review Will likely start construction Spring 2007

Willow Ranch: 60 units (in duplex bldgs) Building permits currently submitted and under review Will likely start construction late Spring/Summer 2007

Rifle Creekside: Preliminary Plan approval for 34 single-family lots and approximately 96 multi-family units Awaiting Final Plan approval, which can occur as soon as the developer’s ready

Pioneer Mesa Phase II: Preliminary Plan approval for 78 single-family lots Awaiting Final Plan approval, which can occur as soon as the developer’s ready

Creekside Townhomes: 19 Townhome lots Developer gaining approval for public infrastructure, grading, and drainage

The Farm: Property under contract and being master planned Approx. 150 Acres Approx. 400 – 500 units expected

Rifle Depot: Approximately 5.75 Acre Site Will be developed with retail and commercial development Has been zoned Central Business District

Rib City: Will be going into the Community Banks of Colorado building Likely to open in Summer 2007

Big O Tires: Likely Construction Start: Late 2007/ Early 2008

La Quinta Expansion: Additional 48 rooms Construction on foundation has begun

Legacy Grant: $10 to $15 Million Grant Application Will complete Rifle Creek Trail and provide a trail connection to the south side of the River to the Rest Area Will construct Centennial Park – Including all development and flood mitigation measures

Rifle Airpark Master Plan: 732 Acres surrounding the airport Currently being planned – will later be annexed and zoned per the Plan Will be developed with a range of uses from retail/commercial to light industrial and industrial uses
