1 Planning Your Description
External factors Working on my handouts and preparing vocabulary test sheets. Preparing practices and handouts for learning. Making report card for their parents. Counseling time with parents. Age 15-17 years old. How many? 1 student each for 5 classes. My Teaching Setting Learner’s background They are middle/high school students. How often? Each are about two hours or one and half, usually 2 times per weak. Resources I’d like I want to use the interactive textbooks that promotes more production. Subjects English and Korean. Resources used Usually with EBS books, their school textbook, vocabulary books, listening books and my handouts & test sheets.

2 Your Preferred Teaching Setting
In the first paragraph you can introduce: I have private tutoring classes Student age: years old. In the second paragraph you can introduce: to improve students’ English skill mostly for examinations in their schools and for the college scholastic ability test English listening, vocabulary, grammar and most of all reading comprehension using their school textbooks, my handouts, vocabulary books and a book for reading and grammar In the third paragraph you can introduce: Preparing practices, handouts vocabulary test sheets, report card for parents Not only making them solve the problems but they could think about the English itself. Because those are too focused on reading comprehension for the tests.

3 My preferred Teaching Setting
I have taught my EFL students one by one within my teaching setting. I teach them English individually in their own home. I visit them to have a class and I have 4 students in age of 16 to 18. Their levels are from intermediate to high-intermediate and their classes are two times a week for 90 minutes, one time a week for 2 hours or two times a week for 2 hours. I am required to improve students’ English skill mostly for examinations in their schools and for the college scholastic ability test. I teach English listening, vocabulary, grammar and most of all reading comprehension using their school textbooks, my handouts, vocabulary books and a book for reading and grammar. I give them homework to memorize the vocabulary each day and I give them tests for it at the beginning of the class. While they are working on the tests, I check their journals and have a little conversation time about the issues that they wrote about. They usually get easily bored with their textbooks, so I have to make them think those English sentences and paragraphs interesting and quite easier than how they normally feel about English. Parents always worry about their sons and daughters and wonder how their progress is going on. I have to have some reporting time for parents right after the class or report them in texts or calls in case I can’t meet them. Also I will make my handouts and activities not only for English tests but more focusing on the English usage, because just learning how to solve the problems can’t make them know real English itself.
