2 The Defendant? Plaintiff? Prosecution?
The plaintiff was a single Texas women Jane Roe. The defendant was the district attorney of Dallas County, Texas, Henry B. Wade. She was prosecuted because she had a abortion and it violated the state laws, but she felt that it violated her constitutional rights and the rights of other women.

3 The Constitutional Rights Involved In This Case.
The ninth Amendment is apart of this case. The constitutional was that the government was invading her privacy to which she is entitled to.

4 The implications of the high courts opinion on the United State
This case precedents set was every constitutional case about abortions pertains to this cases rules. This case has affected every women that has the right to get an abortion but not many of them had to actually go to court for the same thing. This law is now made legal.
