MSP Math and Science Master Teacher Job Description The duties and responsibilities of all Math and Science Master Teachers include but are not limited to: Providing hands-on mentoring to peers Helping individual schools reach learning objectives throughout the school year Gathering curriculum resources for colleagues Modeling and/or team teaching best practices Crafting conversations with colleagues in order to encourage buy-in to new practices and procedures Gathering evidence from classroom observations Providing feedback from observations and through coaching Pushing great practice and best practice usage and implementation
