6 Funding Source Community Development Block Grant Program
A program administered by HUD that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs.

7 National Objectives Benefit low and moderate income persons;
Preventing or elimination of slums or blight, or; Address community development needs having a particular urgency.
