Quizzes = 50 Recitation/Attendance = 20 Assignment / Seatwork = 10 Activity / Research / Project = 20 Major Examination: (40%) Prelim exam Midterm exam Final exam

7 Based 40 Transmutation: Major exam, quizzes and attendance will be transmuted using the formula: (Raw score x 60) = Transmuted Grade Total Score Example: Quiz result is 15 over a total score of 20 items ( 15 x 60 ) = 85 (transmuted grade) 20
