Year 1 ICE I- 2 weeks (Fall) CE I- 8 weeks (End of Spring) Year 2 ICE II- 2 weeks (Fall) CE II- 10 weeks (Beginning of Spring) Year 3- Yearlong Internship CE III - First 4 months of internship Continuation of Internship post-graduation

CE III / Pre-graduation phase Post-graduation phase Regular Collaborative Goal Setting (beginning; midterm; weekly) Periodic Goal Setting: Set by Intern Focus on direct patient care activities: Building caseload and independence Patient Care Activities and Additional Learning Opportunities * Time with Clinical Instructor (feedback; reflection; discussion) Structured Mentoring throughout the experience (Suggest 1 – 2 hours bi-weekly) Assignments – Guided Reflection Paper Contribution to the Clinic Professional Development Activities Photo is for post graduation phase *Consider carving out ~4 hours per week for “Non-direct patient care activities.”
