When “Sales” is opened, you are welcomed by your personal Dashboard. You will see an overview of your personal performance, as well as the Sales Teams . From here you are able to expose and manage various perspectives. INDEX BACK NEXT

5 INDEX BACK NEXT Clear the Filters
An activity referred to as an “Opportunity” This is the Kanban view, otherwise known as the Sales Pipeline. Create your own personalised sales process or sales opportunities with an aerial overview From here you will be able to manage and monitor each opportunity’s progress INDEX BACK NEXT

6 INDEX BACK NEXT Open the List View
Now the “Search Bar” is cleared and an overview of all activities are shown. INDEX BACK NEXT

7 INDEX BACK NEXT Open the Form View
List View: This is an extended detailed view of the Sales Pipeline in a list format. INDEX BACK NEXT

8 INDEX BACK NEXT Open the Graph View
Form View: Allows to look at specific information about an activity in the Sales Process. INDEX BACK NEXT

9 The “Graph View” presents a visual layout of statistics about your Sales Process. Your data on TaskFlow has a variety of purposes that can be filtered to suit any number of the various requirements Open the Calendar INDEX BACK NEXT

Tick the user’s calendar which you would like to see or add a Favourite Calendar The “Calendar View” allows you to see your or others’ activities on a time based perspective. You can view details on an activity and edit it. (Changing information on activities will be restricted according to user permissions) INDEX BACK NEXT

11 INDEX BACK NEXT Click on “Kanban” (Pipeline View)
The “Report” tool is a powerful instrument to filter any Sales data on your Sales Pipeline. You are able to “Save” this report to a “.xls” spreadsheet on your computer. INDEX BACK NEXT
