2. ■ Transportation
1) Chartered Bus for Forum Cheju :
For transportation from Incheon International airport to Daejeon at October 28th, we will prepare the chartered bus at Incheon International airport. Thus, Japanese colleagues can use the chartered bus at Incheon International airport, which will leave at 13:50 October 28th.
The chartered bus will be parked at 12C of 1st floor of Arrival (chartered bus parking place) until 13:50 (1:50 pm) October 28th (Friday), 2016.
2) Express Train or Direct Limousine Bus
If someone cannot use the chartered bus at that time, you can use express train (about 2 hours) and direct limousine bus (about 2.5 hours, 9C-10C of 1F-Arrival in the above map) heading to Daejeon at Incheon International Airport.
Please let me give the names who cannot take the chartered bus, and we will pick them up at train station or bus terminal at Daejeon.
If someone want to leave earlier than October 30th, you can use express train and direct limousine bus (about 2.5 hours) from Daejeon to Incheon International Airport.
