3 Introduction In this paper, a palette partition based data hiding for color images is proposed. Any size of sub-palettes is permitted and a color can appear in several sub-palettes at the same time.

11 Conclusion In this paper, an overlapping color palette partition based data hiding with improved secret embedding procedure has been presented. The experimental results have shown that a large hiding capacity and a better stego-image quality are provided.
