Why is the greeting generic? Why don’t they know your name?

Access files do not synchronise – error for all .mdb files. This is normal
Quota applies across all drives e.g. 10MB in N: drive and copy of the same files on P: drive counts as 20MB against you allocation
Contents of recycle bin count as well – empty it!

Wireless Problems
Not a perfect solution as frequencies are in an unlicensed area of spectrum
Low signal
Roaming
Interference from microwaves, baby monitors, neighbouring WiFi etc.
Always close SIMS and save files before moving
