1 Barley, Alfalfa, & Red Clover.
Which of these plants are the most salt tolerant?

2 Hypothesis If barley, alfalfa, and red clover were watered with different salt concentrations, then barley would grow in more salt concentrations than the alfalfa and red clover.

3 Purpose The purpose of this experiment is to see how much salt water each plant could tolerate. This experiment will show how well the plants will grow under different levels of salt water concentrations.

7 Collected Data/Data Analysis (cont.)
According to the data, barley grew best in salt out of the three. The plants that were watered by the highest concentration of salt did not germinate.

8 Conclusion In conclusion, the barley seed grew in more concentrations then the other two seeds. This shows the high tolerant level the barley seed has, and how the other two seeds aren't as tolerant.
