Brand is just a perception, and perception will match reality over time. Sometimes it will be ahead, other times it will be behind. But brand is simply a collective impression some have about a product (or person). -Elon Musk
Your brand is a combination of how others see you and how you see yourself
Eventually, the two may meet, but it is not guaranteed
As a black male educator, it is imperative that we consider our brand in everything that we do
