2 Introduction We welcome the opportunity to work together with Accor on a proposed business development marketing campaign covering GTA’s Asian retail source markets. This is an outline of options and recommendations based on available marketing inventory in various markets in Asia. We are of course open for discussion on the activity suggested. GTA channels are ‘clean’ environments with virtually no other third party activity taking place. This provides fantastic standout for Accor in an uncluttered environment providing access to a target audience with virtually zero wastage. The campaign is valued at EUR 55’000.

3 Overview «GTA’s Accor Premium Collection in Europe» Objective:
The campaign is designed to expose booking agents to selected Accor brands in chosen destinations. The aim being to drive long-haul business from Asian source markets. Source markets: (Retail clients) South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand Destination markets: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, UK Brands: MGallery, Sofitel, Pullman «GTA’s Accor Premium Collection in Europe» Booking period: July – Sept 2015 Travel period: July – Sept 2015 Source markets:(Retail clients) South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand Destination markets: Australia Brands: Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Pullman Reduced rates (DI promo) Booking period: June – Aug 2015 Travel period: July – Aug 2015 Language translations: Communications will be translated into local language in-line with regular communications (some smaller markets receive communication in English as a default language)
