Our residential sales team will focus on highly populated rural areas Our commercial and business sales professionals will focus on small to medium (Tier 2) towns and cities. Our apartment and multi-dwelling sales force will concentrate efforts in highly concentrated metropolitan and rural areas. Residential Phone Services
Our unique partnership with MCI allows us to sell local and long distance phone service through a national product line called “The Neighborhood”. This product, which sells for an average of $49.99 per month, provides unlimited local and long distance calling for one low fixed price. With over 2,000,000 subscribers currently, the Neighborhood continues to attract a large number of new customers every month. BlueTorch receives a residual income of 10% per customer per month, while MCI handles all of the installations, billing and customer support. Residential Phone Services
We will start our residential sales program with a sales force of 10 individuals, who will focus their door-to-door sales activities in heavily populated rural and semi-urban areas such as those surrounding the city of Atlanta. Compensation for these residential sales reps will come in one of two forms, depending on the overall performance of the individual sales representative. Both options have their own advantages and disadvantages to the sales rep, as well as to BlueTorch in terms of income and customer base growth. Maintenance & Tech Support
In cooperation with a Federally funded program for public school systems, BlueTorch provides extensive network maintenance and tech support. These customers generally sign three to five year contracts, and pay 100% of their annually contracted amount each June in accordance with this program. On a part-time basis in 2003, and with only one sales representative, BlueTorch secured over $229,000 in annual service contracts in the state of Georgia. By doubling the size of our sales team, and by expanding our service area to include Tennessee and Alabama, we will more than to triple our annual maintenance contract sales for the year 2004.

Maintenance & Tech Support
Because of the structure of the Federally funded program called E-rate, the sales cycle for our network maintenance contracts runs from July 1st to June 30th. Only school districts that have a large number of low-income families qualify for funding under the E-rate program. For this reason, we are focusing our initial sales in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee, all of which have a large number of qualifying school districts within a reasonably accessible service area. In 2004, BlueTorch secured annual service contracts in Georgia and Alabama for over $229,000 with only one sales rep working part-time.

Through our established partnership with the world largest telecommunications company, AT&T, we offer our commercial customers a wide variety of local and long distance voice options, data and internet services, as well as the full line of AT&T products, services, training and support. AT&T performs all of the installation of services, customer billing and support needed for small, medium and large businesses nation-wide. Our residual income of 12% per month, as well as 75% of a customers’ first month’s billing, ensures that this partnership will continue to be a steady source of growth income for years to come. &

Commercial Voice & Data Our other current partnership companies Although AT&T is our primary telecom service provider for our commercial customers, our established partnerships with providers such as Qwest and ITC^DeltaCom, as well as Cisco, 3COM, Cingular and others help to ensure that BlueTorch can continue to be a true “Total Technology” Solutions provider for any of our customers, anywhere in the nation. Commercial Voice & Data Our commercial sales staff will consist of 5 seasoned telecom sales professionals earning a salary as well as a residual commission from their sales. Apartment & Condo Sales
Property Owner Income We offer the MCI Neighborhood phone service on a “bulk” basis to the owners of apartment complexes , condominiums and homeowner associations. The property owners or managers can now advertise that local and long distance phone service is included in the rent of their units. With a small mark-up on the cost, along with a commission from BlueTorch, this service becomes a new revenue stream for the property owner as well as a great marketing tool to attract new residents. Because of the large number of sales at one time, and the long-term loyalty associated with this type of program, these sales are a large portion of BlueTorch’s revenue stream. BlueTorch Income

Annual Earnings Projections The following earnings projections include all four of our income categories with 10 residential sales reps, 5 commercial sales reps, and 3 school maintenance sales reps. All figures are calculated assuming only a 50% quota attainment through out the reporting period. Obviously our goal is 100% of quota for all sales reps, but these figures show how financially successful BlueTorch can be while achieving only half of our goal. These successful figures also calculate an initial outside investment of only $400,000 from investors such as yourselves. Complete financial analysis available upon request.
