3 Warm-Up Exercises To open up a group or team's creative thinking Warm-Up Exercises are very helpful. The exercises help to loosen up paradigms, mindsets, and points of view brought to a creative thinking session.

Some goals of Warm-Up Exercises are to encourage people to: a. look beyond the obvious or known answers (“correct” answers) b. stretch thinking c. breakout of establish thinking d. look for multiple possibilities
