3 Product Our product is a iPad case the customer creates by choosing colours on premade templates. It is a unique idea because our competitors don’t allow the freedom to let the customers create their own custom iPad case.

11 Target Market Our target market is the people who own an iPad and know how to use a computer and use it regularly. These people are normally pre-teens, teens, and adults (19-60 years old) who use computers More specific with numbers

A potential problem is losing money by not making enough sales -A solution for this is to use advertising to keep our name in customers minds We obtaining customers by Marketing on Facebook and Twitter. We can retain repeat customers by giving deals such and buy on, get on half off or give a percentage off. A problem is if our competitors undersell their product. -A solution is to market our product differenty

16 Conclusion To create customized iPad skins that are created by the customer. If we sell 5 units a day, we will make $37.10 everyday. ($13, a year) By following this business plan, LI Cases will meet its goals in the future. We will see growth, profit, and customer satisfaction.
