Credit Rating Bodies (CRB) recognised and approved by the SCQF Partnership can confirm SCQF Credit Rating
SQA Accreditation has been a SCQF CRB since the inception of the SCQF in 2001 and at the forefront of the development of Credit Rating methodologies
SQA Accreditation is the only CRB who can credit rate SVQs.
SVQs must be SCQF credit rated
Qualifications in the mandatory section of Scottish Modern Apprenticeships must be credit rated

4. Your Qualifications SCQF Credit Rated
Accredited qualifications can be brought forward for SCQF Credit Rating
SCQF Credit Rating for Awarding Bodies and Standards Setting Organisation is free
SVQ credit rating is undertaken in conjunction with the Standards Setting Organisation and your Accreditation Manager
Your Accreditation Manager will support your organisation throughout the SCQF credit rating process

5. Submitting Organisations Must
Involve your Accreditation Manager from the beginning of the credit rating process
Identify appropriate participants to carry out the SCQF credit rating
Ensure that participants have a copy of the relevant documents which will be used during the SCQF credit rating
Organise the venue for the training event
Co-ordinate the documentation submitted by the credit raters
Submit the final report
