By participating in the benefit, you are giving yourself a raise! Simple Ordering Process. Ordering transit and parking is as easy as 1,2,3. Simply log in to your online account, order your parking or transit passes or vouchers and they will be mailed directly to you, or if you elect, your parking provider will be paid directly. The total amount of your purchase will be deducted from your paycheck. Multiple Uses. Use for a number of your work-related commuter and parking expenses, including trains, buses, subways, ferries, vanpools, parking, and car service apps such as Lyft and uberPOOL. 3 How it Works No requirement to enroll during enrollment time – sign up any time of the year Easy online enrollment process You decide how much to contribute each month, up to the IRS limit. $255 a month for parking $255 a month for transportation expenses Contributions are tax free and processed through payroll Deadline to Order Order cutoff is the 10th of the month prior Parking Order Options MasterCard rechargeable debit card Parking cash reimbursement Check vouchers for parking Direct pay to garages Transit Order Options Direct fare media (monthly and annual passes) Check vouchers for transit Check vouchers for van pools This benefit is great because it is so flexible. There is no requirement to sign up during enrollment, and you can contribute as much as you want, up to the IRS limits. Payments come out of your payroll pre-tax, so in addition to saving you money, it is easy to pay.
