(B) The remaining breast tissue suspension by dermal flaps in an internal brassiere form, the triangular dermal flaps on either side of the dermaglandular pedicle, are transposed to the lateral aspects of the pedicle so as to wrap and support the already folded pedicle, and sutured to the pectoral fascia without tension.
