From there we will perform an economic analysis of your current owning & operating costs to determine financial justification for implementing one of our planned maintenance programs. During the course of our initial investigation we will make preliminary recommendations based on the current condition of your mechanical system, as observed during our physical/visual survey. In order for us to proceed, we need to gather some basic information and get authorization to continue. Your authorization is required to perform a Building Systems Analysis and review your Owning & Operating costs.
