TRIUMF - development of digital acquisition boards for the beam position monitors and beam-beam interaction studies. This design has become a CERN standard and is now planned for use in the transfer lines and for the beam loss monitors

TRIUMF carried out in-house the design, prototyping, fabrication and testing of the resonant power supplies and pulse forming networks that power the kicker magnets used for injecting the proton beam into the LHC rings. This work required extensive computer simulations to meet the demanding requirements of pulse uniformity and stability.
