2 Dues Please turn in your 15$ dues to the guidance office by October 31st. The quicker we get your dues, the quicker we can order the t-shirts! Checks: Make sure to add your name, phone number and make it payable to HRHS

4 Club Meetings Our club meeting will be the 3rd wednesday of each month during Bull A If you cannot attend please notify the officers or advisors beforehand. You can us at Attendance will be tracked, so please come to as many meetings as possible

5 Debrief: October Service Project
A big thanks to everyone that participated in the Scary Dairy last week! The turnout was great! Keep in mind, when you sign yourself up on the signupgenius, we expect you to be there. Since we don’t have our t-shirts yet, wear HRHS gear at our club events. Any thoughts about this service project? Did you like it? Any suggestions?

Trunk or Treat We are going to have 1 trunk. We need candy, decorations(pumpkin themed), and a few people to help man the trunk. Trunks should be decorated with a theme Cars need to be there at 5:30 to get to their spot and start setting up. Trunk or treat begins at 6:45. Prize for the “best” trunk to be given out by secret judges. We need candy and decorations donations by Tuesday October 25th! You can submit your donations to the guidance office! Link:

7 Service Project Join us on Thanksgiving Day on November 24th for this Charlotte tradition that has entertained and inspired audiences since Complete with dance and choral performances, marching bands from around the region, larger-than-life floats, balloons and some of your favorite characters. Groups: Costume walkers: Members of your group plan and create a group costume, then walk and wave to spectators during the parade! Balloon Handlers: Walk down Tryon St. as a team carrying a helium balloon! (This is the one we will most likely do) Volunteer Expectations: WEATHER: Our events are rain or shine. SHIFT COMPLETION: Volunteers are required to complete the entire assigned shift. ATTENDANCE: We depend on your commitment to participate. Your presence and prompt arrival for your scheduled shifts are absolutely necessary. When you commit, you commit to the selected shift and the entire shift time. If you do not show up, and do not cancel in advance, we reserve the right to remove you from future volunteer assignments and activities. SHIFT CANCELLATION: Let Mrs.Navel, Mrs.Lord, or one of the club officers know if you can't make it. Remember you are representing HRHS so behave appropriately.

Recommended that you attend one of the training session on either November 5 or 6th.
