Obesity: Obesity is associated with every type of junk food. The main reason is the absence of fibre, high amount of high-fat calories and low quality cholesterol. Which may cause obesity as well as increase risks of heart diseases. Tooth Decay: Tooth decay is also caused by the extreme use of junk food in diet. Most of the fast food chains and sweetened juices, soft drinks and other processed food companies use low quality fats, sugar and high amount of salt in the processing of food. This can cause problems with teeth. Tooth decay has become very common in young children and the possible reason could be the use of these type of foods.

Nutrition labels provide information on how a particular food or drink product fits into your daily diet. Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs) are guidelines about the approximate amount of particular nutrients and calories required for a healthy diet.

4 Traffic light colour coding
Some front of pack nutrition labels use red, amber and green (traffic light) colour coding. red means high amber means medium green means low

6 Snacks: Snacks are a fast food which include chips, pretzels, chocolates, sweets, ice creams, sweets, biscuits and crisps. They can be highly processed but along with that they contain a lot of additives, preservatives and artificial colours. Most people do not have knowledge about there presence or harmful effects. Problems caused by Snacks: They can contain a wide variety of additives and preservatives. These additives are synthetic product which body can not digest. Artificial colours can be a very dangerous ingredients of these foods.
