2 SLEEP IS THE KEY!!! Sleeping is key for all of us! This shows because when we get a perfect sleep then we are perfect the next day because you got to sleep in for a whole night. Sleeping roles a part on your actions. If you don’t get enough sleep then you are really grumpy, mean, and absorb. But if you do get enough sleep then you are ecstatic and not raging at anybody. Also sleep for 10 HOURS every night i’m telling you! wht

3 Deprivation and Disease!
Sleep plays a big role for your health. If you don’t get enough sleep over a long time you start to get diseases. These diseases are increase of your heart and blood vessels, increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. Remember to avoid all of these diseases by sleeping. Trust me you don't want to these diseases because they will harm you all your life and most times you can’t even remove them because sometimes they’re way to severe.

4 The mystery of why citizens in the world refuse to sleep.
1.Taking sleep for granted 2.To much caffeine, alcohol, and sleeping tablets 3.Shift Work 4.Jet lag 5.Eating and drinking to late If you do one of these five things you should stop and get a much better sleep because then you will be much healthier and you will get to do much more things the next day and maybe even longer than that!

5 What happens to your body and mind when you don’t get enough sleep?
Some of the serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure, or stroke. Also if you don’t get enough sleep you get stressed out. So if you want better sleep and don’t want to be stressed then you should sleep in and start a diet because then you eat healthier and that also helps you sleep better because eating healthy is also a part of your health. If you are a baby the amount of sleep every night you need is 16 hours, 3-12 needs 10 hours, needs 10 hours, needs 8 hours, and over 65 needs 6 hours.

6 Hints for dozing extra! There are a lot of good tips for sleeping in the world and many people in the world try them but I have the top 4 tips for sleeping and you should try them! Here are the top 4 tips for sleeping more… 1.Stick to a bed time every night. 2.Avoid taking naps especially in the afternoon. 3.Exercise everyday. 4.Sleep on a very comfortable surface. I promise you if you stick to all of these tips you will always be ready for your whole entire life!!!

7 Sleeping data! You’ll die from sleep deprivation before food deprivation. It takes 2 weeks to starve but 10 days without sleep will kill you. Within 5 minutes of waking up, 50% of your dream is forgotten. Within 10 minutes 90% is forgotten Men have dreams about other boys or men 70% of the time. But women dream about women and men equally. What goes on when you're sleeping? Your brain cells recharge. Your cells repair themselves. And your body releases important hormones.

8 NOW DO YOU WANT TO SLEEP? Now do you want to sleep? I hope I have convinced you to want to sleep and not stay up all night. The reason I chose getting more sleep is because this is a GIGANTIC problem all over the whole ENTIRE WORLD. People just need to sleep. I don’t get why people think that staying up really late is being cool. Being cool is being ready for the next day because if you have an activity let’s say a sports game the next day and you stayed up until 12:00 you won’t be ready for the game. But if you go to bed at 9:00 or 10:00 then you will probably be the best player on your team! NOW GO TO BED!!!
