Time Long time in responding to questions as there were too many subsidiary questions Technical (software, question-sets, etc.) SAT software was difficult to use . SAT was therefore not completed. SARIS software introduction was quite helpful as it was user friendly. Exporting SAT to SARIS was difficult and time consuming. External (i.e. cooperation from other organizations, etc.) We have MOU with all stakeholder institutions. Some cooperated well. Difficulty in cooperation from Environmental Agency, Ministry of Mines. We eventually got cooperation of all stakeholders after several meetings Cooperation with Ministry of Health was remarkable
