Are you more interested in Cooking/Culinary or Baking/Pastry? 5. Describe the most difficult recipe you have ever prepared: 6. Explain to me what “teamwork” means. Then, on a scale of 1-10 (10 is the highest), how would you rate your teamwork skills? 7. Why did you decide to take Chef 3? 8. List any food allergies or foods that you don’t eat for religious/cultural reasons. 9. What is one goal you want to accomplish in your lifetime?

Grew up in Kirkland, WA. Graduated from Lake Washington HS I love talking about and watching sports, especially football. GO HUSKIES! GO SEAHAWKS! Went to UW for 2 Years before transferring to WSU This is my 6th year teaching I love animals Proud aunt of a niece (1 year) and nephew (1.5)

7 Mrs. Evans’ PET PEEVES!!! TARDIES!!! (Plan on using the bathroom DURING the passing period) Listening to headphones during instruction & labs Using cell phones during class. Trust me, I can tell when you’re texting. Taking food that is not yours!! The fastest way to be removed from this class is by stealing. Side conversations while I’m talking. Disrespecting your peers, your school, and yourself. Be the best version of you!
