Roman religion is instead based on Greek religion as passed down possibly from Livius Andronicus (a freed Greek slave between 272 to 207 BCE/BC. Just like Greek gods and goddesses, Roman gods and goddesses provided explanations of natural phenomena, human qualities, and life events Unlike Greek mythology, Roman mythology influences western symbols, art, architecture, literature, politics, and culture Romans create multiple additional gods for almost every aspect of daily life) Look familiar?
