Connect the power of the network switch
Power on the laptops
Power on the printer
Connect the network cables to the printer
All laptops to be configured as workgroup
All laptops and printer should be configured with static ip address and same subnet

Make sure prinnter is power on and connected to netwrok switch
Configure the printer with static ip address( )
From laptops add the printer from control panel
Search printer by ip address( )
Install driver when prompted
Try printing documents from all laptops

Right-click and click on share with
Enter the username of the other laptops give appropriate access and click share
Copy the link of the folder to the other laptops and try
sharing the files between laptops across network
