3 Evaluation and Accreditation Process
“FES” has primary responsibility for the quality of her provision and its assurance Internal QA is administered by “FES” QA Units and University QA Center The main task of “FES” during the accreditation process is the fulfilment of criteria covering various areas of the institution, including teaching and learning, research and community service.

4 Evaluation and Accreditation Process
This assessment is based on institutional mission within Two main areas: Institutional Capacity and Educational Effectiveness against pre-set of standards. The evaluation process depends on documents and evidences. Surveys are also conducted to recognize the opinions of students, teaching staff, employees, and community parties are a fundamental part of the evaluation process.

7 Comparison of ESG and Egyptian Quality Assurance Standards
Egyptian Quality Assurance is in great alignment with Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) on the basis of; ESG principles for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area EHEA. ESG Standards for internal quality assurance, (Consideration of internal QA, designing methodologies, Implementing processes) ESG Standards for external quality assurance, (Peer-review experts, outcomes criteria, Complaints and appeals)

8 Evaluating FES Performance Development after Getting the Accreditation
Faculty of Eng. –Shoubra, FES, sets an evaluation methodology for the accepted work plans, that is complying with the strategic plans for improving the faculty, using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an integrated performance management system that enables FES to clarify her strategy and translate it into action

Performance Evaluation of overall performance by measuring the progress in achieving systems’ components of the strategic plan Perspective The perspective has objectives The progress of achieving the perspective is measured by monitoring the objectives’ performance Objectives Achieving the objectives is monitored by measuring specific indicators (KPIs) Indicators The indicators are measurable, and its target value is specified The performance of each indicator is measured and referred to the targeted value

Number of annual research published locally and internationally compared to the number of faculty members in the institution Number of researches published in international journals with an impact factor compared with the total number of published researches. Satisfaction Survey results of production and service companies, (governmental and private) on assessment of the results of scientific researches of the institution. Number of applied scientific researches that have benefited the productive and service enterprises in community, compared to previous years. Number of scientific researches done by faculty members and benefited the institution in supporting and enhancing the educational process compared to previous years. The Impact factor of institution journal.
