2. As stipulated on the ACTS Constitution 5
As stipulated on the ACTS Constitution 5.8 The General Secretary shall:
5.8.2 Be a Chief Administrative Officer of ACTS Keep all records of ACTS With the President be the custodians of all assets of ACTS Together with the President convene NEC meetings and set the agenda thereof Co-ordinate the activities of NEC members at all levels Head the policy formulation department of ACTS Present a secretariat report on the activities of ACTS at the Annual National Conference In an event of the President not being there, be the Acting President Ensure a smooth transfer of all the records of ACTS to the next NEC.

3. Vision
To act as the bridge of the council in three spheres and the foundation of administration to function successfully based on ACTS branches, Chaplains, NEC and Bishops in general on the following:
Transparency- It is crucial for all 35 branches in all universities to access and be informed as to the performance of the NEC at large.
Accountability- It is one of my goals to be fully aware of the needs, concerns and ideas of branches to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
Increase Participation- The most crucial aspect is to see everyone participating fully in all ACTS affairs of the NEC and vice versa.
