A church of 150+ members and 300 attendees with the same culture as now, but more developed and mature.

Full time Senior Pastor and 2 Part time associates. Full time administrator
More small groups, prayer ministry
Active program to develop leadership
Regular baptisms
Build links into Mayfield community
Change our name to reflect who we are?
