Dave Brown declined – not doing condos Buckeye and EMI were too high for consideration BrightView: $71, Hidden Creek: $66,657.79 Evaluated the pros and cons. Hidden Creek had good recommendations. Started in 1998, locally owned. Key personnel name and contacts are on the website. Tom Rieder (account manager) seems knowledgeable. We visited 4 reference sites. They use Weedman for fertilization / weed control (columbus-north.weedmanusa.com).
