Enhancement of HE Research Potential Contributing to Further Growth of the WB Region WP1. Preparation for the HR research management reform Activity Goals/Realization level 1.1 Research potential at WBC universities mapped Development of the action plan and successful implementation of HRS4R strategy. 1.2. Review of HR strategies at EU partners The EU partners introduced the best practice regarding the improvement of HR potential and career opportunities . The UB representatives attended meetings in Turin and Coventry. 1.3. Comparative analysis 1.4. Action plans for HE management reform After the successful completion of Task 1.1 and gaps identification, the UB plans to develop a detail action plan for enhancing HR potential. 1.5 HR offices and centers equipped Completed.

Enhancement of HE Research Potential Contributing to Further Growth of the WB Region WP2. Excellent university for the researchers Activity Goals/Realization level 2.1. University centers and HR offices reinforced The improvement of bylaws in order to make HR offices and research centres more functional. The activities within this task are still ongoing. 2.2 Administrative staff competences improved Raising awareness of the importance of C&C principles and their implementation. Three administrative representatives attended the training session on September 2016 in Novi Sad. 2.3. University managements educated on the C&C implementation The seminar on education of management boards was held on June 2016 in Belgrade.   2.4 HRS4R strategy created and adopted at partner universities Not Completed . We expect to finalize the procedure very soon. 2.5. Training trainers The one training has already been held at Coventry University in December 2016 and two representatives from UB attend this event.  The UB will organize the training session on April 5-7, The trainings in Liege and Turin were scheduled for May 2017, and UB has already delegated representatives to attend these meetings.

Promotion procedures improved Governed by highest ethical and professional standards the improvements of existing bylaws were adopted in The UB has already submitted a report about the present state of promotion procedures. 2.7. Plagiarism monitoring tools implemented The procurement procedure of the plagiarism software is still in progress. 2.8. Ethical committee procedures improved The ethics implementation at University of Belgrade is supported and governed by series of bylaws: The Statute of University of Belgrade, The Regulation of Ethical Committee, The Code of Professional Ethics, and The Regulations for determining the nonacademic behavior in preparation of written works, all undergone the amendments in The UB had two representatives at meeting on Research Ethics in Kragujevac. 2.9. Cooperation with scientific diaspora established Action plan for the Internationalization has been adopted; Alumni associations has been supported through coordination network; Report has been prepared and submitted to UT, the task leader .

Researchers trained on C&C and HRS4R On 10 February 2017, UB organized training seminar within this activity. Total of 65 participants attended this event. The organization of one more seminar is ongoing. 3.2. Webpages offer opportunity links UB has developed and distributed to partner universities the Questionnaire about the current state of databases. The feedbacks should be delivered before 5th April 2017. 3.3. Young researchers trained on research methodology 3.4. Young researchers trained in various skills 3.5. Training on teaching methodology 3.7. Measures for enhancement of multidisciplinarity in research Not completed. 3.8 Guide book published The realization of this activity is in progress.

Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) established The UB representative attended the kick-off meeting held on December 2015 in Nis. 4.2. Project quality procedures developed 4.3. WP reports 4.4. Annual QA reports 4.5. Reports analysis The UB uses all the documents recommended by project coordinator and follows the reporting dynamics. 4.6. External monitoring Not completed.

Enhancement of HE Research Potential Contributing to Further Growth of the WB Region WP5. Dissemination and exploitation at Activity Goals/Realization level 5.1. Project web-site created and regularly updated UB regularly informs the project coordinator about the conducted activities. 5.2. Promotional material distributed 5.3. Project results disseminated The UB will make effort to promote the project and to keep it visible. The UB plans to organize the promotion days as well as to promote the project on other institutional events. The activities on realization of this task are ongoing. 5.4. The label "HR Excellence in Research" obtained by a number of WB partner universities Not completed. 5.5. Establishment of awards for young researchers 5.6. Mentoring system adopted 5.7. Strategy on continual training of researchers adopted Not completed .

Kick-off and coordinating meetings realised The UB representative attended the kick-off meeting held on December 2015 in Nis. 6.2. Procedures for project management The UB follows the procedures (keeps regular correspondence with the project coordinator, strives to complete its tasks in a timely manner, the documentation is complete, etc). 6.3. PA signed Completed . 6.4. Software platform for project management 6.5. Day-to-day coordination 6.6. Financial management UV keeps ongoing, regular and transparent communication with the project coordinator. UV sticks to the guide for proper financial management of project activities.
