Some context from me We have contributions showing how data is collected from bottom up, involving citizens . We also have a contribution of top down. How can we use each of these most effectively for planning and engagement?

The digital future: some projects…
The flexible future: how will regulatory frameworks cope or need to change? “The more the flexible the route, the less visible it is to passengers” The digital future: crowdsourcing information in low density environments. Using citizen engagement to locate buses Mobility as a Service: connected services built on mobility packages, striking a new view of mobility ownership? How information is needed to identify citizen needs and willingness to pay. Can it be delivered in a non-digital environment such as Community Transport?
